Erin Huckins-Aylmer, AMFT, ERYT
Hello and welcome! I’m Erin and I am a couples therapist who is passionate about helping partners feel more connected, understood, and supported in their relationships. I work with couples from all walks of life, including parents navigating the stress of family life, communication breakdowns, and emotional disconnection.
My approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based, attachment-focused model that helps couples identify negative interaction patterns, strengthen emotional bonds, and create safer, more secure relationships. I believe that beneath conflict, distance, or recurring arguments, there is often a deep desire to feel seen, valued, and loved.
In therapy, I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space where both partners can slow down, feel heard, and begin to understand each other in new ways. Whether you are feeling stuck, disconnected, or simply want to strengthen your relationship, I am here to support you in building a calmer, more connected partnership.
